Hybrid : Ability to work a hybrid schedule ( Onsite : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday ; Remote : Wednesday, Friday)
The Payroll / HRIS Manager will work at the corporate headquarters in Dallas, TX and reports directly to the Director of Total Rewards . We are seeking an experienced Sr. Payroll & HRIS Manager who will handle all aspects of the payroll function ( both US and Canada ) while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, full compliance, and strong internal controls. This role will have both strategic and hands on accountability in both payroll and HRIS.
Required :
- 7 years' experience in payroll (US & Canada)
- 4 years' payroll management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred)
- Experience with multi state and multi entity payroll processing
- Experience processing payroll for 1000 employees
- Experience with Canada payroll processing (preferred)
- Certified payroll professional (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
- Experience implementing and maintaining HRIS software
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions
- Advanced Excel skills
