ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.
- Provide user training and support on new or updated tech
- Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches.
- Track and document IT assets, maintenance activities, and user instructions.
- Assist with IT project implementation, system configurations, and device installations.
- Utilize an electronic ticketing system to manage, update, and resolve IT support requests.
- Ensure compliance with Seton Collaborative policies and industry best practices.
- Maintain proactive communication with management regarding issue resolution and escalations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Associate’s degree in Computer Technology or related field (or equivalent experience); Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, software applications, networking, and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, cloud computing, and enterprise IT environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCPis a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support users across different locations.
- Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve IT problems independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel between diocesan locations.
- Work is performed in office, IT service, and school environments.
- May require evening, weekend, or holiday availability.
- Must have a reliable vehicle for travel.
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 35 pounds.
- Requires standing or walking for extended periods.
