BCBA Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as we provide ABA therapy for the developmentally disabled.
Job Description
Implement, oversee, and ensure the quality of all clinical services for assigned caseloads, including quality assurance and standardization of clinical models and programs.
Ensure standardized implementation of clinical policies and procedures across the agency.
Develop and enhance clinical training and supervision programs.
Collaborate with the Clinical Team and CEO to develop growth initiatives, contract fulfillment, and staff efficiency projections.
Maintain a community presence specific to behavior analytic and related associations.
Key Responsibilities
Teach and maintain ethical behavior within the agency.
Comply with BACB standards and train agency-wide on these standards.
Create curriculums for training material.
Supervise, train, and oversee Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
Credentials and Experience
Board Certified Behavior Analyst Experience : minimum of 2 years.
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in assessment and implementation of behavior analytic treatment plans.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in clinical supervision, training, and oversight of Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including effective communication, creation and maintenance of a positive company culture, and solution-oriented problem-solving.
Addtional Skills
Ability to speak effectively before groups.
Ability to write professional reports and correspondences.
Ability to consistently communicate enthusiasm and positivity towards staff and individuals supported.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
