Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA, Regional Clinical Manager)

We are looking for a full time BCBA, Regional Clinical Manager to lead our team here at Behavior Treatment & Analysis.The Clinical Manager is the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who's responsible for oversight for an entire region of learners. The CM's role is to provide clinical support and guidance to the Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Coordinator to ensure treatment fidelity and procedural integrity across the client’s intervention (included but not limited to staff / parent training development). The Clinical Manager is assigned to conduct initial assessments, indirect case management, and to ensure that the client’s progress is continuous throughout the treatment period. The Clinical Manager is also responsible for overseeing behavior intervention plans (BIP) and treatment plans to address the behaviors of concern and client’s deficit areas. In addition, the Clinical Manager will collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address clinical and administrative needs for each region. Maintain a clean driving record.
