We are actively seeking an HVAC Installer in Cincinnati, OH area to join our award WINNING team.

Work Schedule : Monday- Friday 7am-3 : 30pm MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change

Position Responsibilities of the HVAC Installer :
Assist in all phases of HVAC new construction installation and troubleshootingInstall duct work distribution systemsInstall residential heating and air conditioning equipment to company standardsPerform system startup and perform diagnostics for proper velocity, volume, temperature, pressure, etc.Prepare records and reports describing procedures, actions taken and recommended solutionsPrepares and submits accurate requests for supplies, materials and equipmentInterface with customers and clientsTrain / Coach co-workersMake routine adjustments to maximize operational efficiencyFollow all company safety guidelines including donning of Personal Protective Equipment and Fall ProtectionAbility to read and follow blueprints, drawings, design specifications and manufacturers instructions to install compressors, motors condensing units, evaporators, piping and other components.Basic working knowledge of National and local HVAC and Electrical codesPlan, organize work, and meet all deadlinesOriginate necessary documents, forms, reports, etc. and queries various computer work systems to extract information concerning projects, materials, or servicesMaterial coordination; Coordinates with Project Manager in the identification of proper and correct materialsInspect and diagnose problems to determine corrective repairsEnsures proper housekeeping practices are strictly observedPerform other duties as assignedMinimum Experience and Qualifications :
2 years HVAC ExperienceValid Driver LicenseAble to adhere to company screeningsNew Construction experience a plusEPA Certified a plusPhysical Requirements :
Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and liftingMust be able to speak English and hear to communicateMust be able to use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull : objects, materials, controls and toolsMust be able to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.Must be able to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and occasionally work off of platforms / scaffolding (using the appropriate fall protection requirements)Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPEMust be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to : hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, masks / respirators, hi-vis safety vests, gloves and safety toe, construction-grade work bootsBenefits and Compensation
