Your Role:
- Assist the Lead Installer with installing and replacing HVAC equipment.
- Maintain proper truck stock and track materials used or returned.
- Fabricate and install ductwork and fittings as needed.
- Install heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories accurately and on time.
- Keep a professional appearance (uniform, company vehicle, job site).
- Practice strong customer relations, and fill out paperwork neatly and on time.
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic mechanical aptitude and readiness to learn.
- Good communication and people skills—be a team player.
- Must be honest, dependable, and ready for overtime if needed.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL not required).
- Able to pass a drug test and background check.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality work.
