Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change

Position Responsibilities of the Rough Plumber:
- Install and layout pipes for water supply, drainage, and venting systems according to plumbing blueprints and building codes.
- Execute the rough-in plumbing process, including placing pipework, hangers, and supports for future system connections.
- Read and interpret plumbing schematics, building plans, and technical drawings to ensure accurate pipe installation.
- Perform pipe welding, soldering, and brazing for copper, steel, and other types of pipework.
- Cut, thread, and connect pipes, fittings, and valves to complete the rough plumbing system.
- Perform pressure testing of piping systems to ensure integrity and leak-free performance.
- Work closely with construction teams, electricians, and other trades to ensure the plumbing systems are integrated into the building’s structure.
- Safely handle and store plumbing materials and tools.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with rough plumbing installations as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications of the Rough Plumber:
- Required: Rough plumbing experience.
- Required: Construction Experience.
- Required: High school Diploma or equivalent.
- Required: Valid Driver’s License.
- Preferred: Strong ability to understand Plumbing code, blueprint reading and schematics.
Physical Demands of the Rough Plumber:
- Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting, and lifting.
- Must be able to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE.
