We are seeking an experienced and skilled Residential New Construction Rough-In Plumber to join our team. This role is responsible for installing plumbing systems during the early phases of new home construction, ensuring that all rough-in work is completed to code and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate has experience with residential plumbing systems, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently on construction sites.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install water supply lines, drain, waste, and vent (DWV) systems during the rough-in phase of new home construction.
- Read and interpret blueprints, building codes, and specifications to ensure proper installation.
- Measure, cut, and assemble pipes using various tools and techniques.
- Work collaboratively with general contractors, project managers, and other construction trades.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and industry standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues before finishing phases.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
