Marketing Coordinator

Rome Bath Remodeling is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in driving the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of our marketing campaigns across two businesses and multiple locations. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate campaigns with third party vendors (Print, PPC, Social, Outdoor, etc.)
• Coordinate projects from beginning to end
• Coordinate trade shows, collateral, give aways across all locations
• Plan and oversee event logistics
• Work with management team to come up with new marketing strategies
• Maintain an inventory and directory of marketing materials while coordinating new material creation as needed
• Track budget data and input into budgeting sheets
• Understanding of important company KPIs
• Check invoices to ensure billing is correct
• Other responsibilities as required by management

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.

Skills:

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in video production/editing and social media marketing, is not required but is a plus!
• We only want full-time employees, not an agency.

Schedule

On site. Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00, with occasional weekends when needed during events.

Compensation

$32-36 per hour based upon experience. $66,500-$75,000 annually
