The Team will pay you with a monthly stipend of $500 for your living expenses. You will be paid an hourly rate for all the games you agree to be scheduled for, at $9.00 per hour. Additionally, you will receive real work training and classroom type training to better understand our business. We will also assist you with the paperwork you need to facilitate your college credit if needed. This is not a job; it is an internship to prepare you for a job in sports.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Marketing Director to design digital and print materials such as promotional flyers, social media graphics, banners, and event signage.
- Assist with paid social advertising (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), email marketing campaigns, and data analysis to promote ticket sales, events, and promotions, while evaluating campaign effectiveness.
- Create engaging content for the Barons social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Support the Emperors’ official website, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging.
- Assist with game day and non-game day social media including creating and scheduling content
- Retouch and edit photos
- Assisting with tarp pulls when necessary
- Contribute new and unique ideas to help continue to make Barons Baseball fun
- Assist with setup and breakdown of promotional materials, fan experiences, and giveaways.
- Interact with fans before, during and after the games
- Keeping upbeat atmosphere before, during and after games
- Perform as mascot at outside events when needed
- Hands-on experience in sports marketing with a professional minor league baseball team.
- In-depth exposure to digital marketing strategies and how they apply to ticket sales and fan engagement.
- A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills in content creation, graphic design, social media, and digital marketing.

- Applicants must have a strong work ethic, good time management skills and the desire to expand their knowledge and sports business experience.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with photoshop, illustrator, writing skills and graphic design.

- Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
