Position: Brokerage Marketing Intern
Purpose: SVN | Second Story Real Estate Management is seeking an enthusiastic, strategic thinker to join our Commercial Brokerage team. As our Marketing Intern, you will play a hands-on role in supporting the marketing initiatives that drive visibility and growth across our commercial real estate services. You will assist in creating content, coordinating campaigns, and analyzing results, gaining practical experience in marketing within a fast-paced real estate environment.
Reports to: Brokerage Operations Manager

Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns for property listings and company services.
- Capture high quality photography and video of listings
- Create content for social media, newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Support the team in updating property listings on digital platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
- Help track campaign performance and generate marketing reports.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft or Google applications; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must possess creative thinking and design skills
- A proactive mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Interest in commercial real estate and marketing trends.
- Gain hands-on experience in commercial real estate marketing.
