The Rome Emperors are looking to hire an intern for the 2025 Season for our Stadium Operations Internship. This is an awesome opportunity for a December 2024 graduate, or a May 2025 graduate, we will also consider someone who is in school and needs the internship credit- or wants to get the experience you need, along with training to learn hands management of how manage a stadium and facility in a baseball environment.
The Team will provide you with a monthly stipend of $500 for your living expenses and you will be paid hourly for all games that you are scheduled at $9.00 in addition.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Work alongside and assist the Director of Stadium Operations engaging in daily operations stadium operation's needs.
· Understand and engage in stadium maintenance duties.
· Planning, set-up, and breakdown of all stadium events during the season.
· Daily management and scheduling of game day staff members.
· Assist other departments with various tasks, when necessary and appropriate.
· Assist in departmental problem solving, project planning and the development and execution of departmental goals and objectives.
· Perform daily walkthroughs of the facility to ensure a proper set-up is complete for each event and game.
· Other duties as assigned.
To be considered for the position:
· You must be able to start full-time on site in the role as of March 2024, we can facilitate earlier if needed.
· You must be a recent college grad, or need this internship to graduate (either, or).
· You must actually want to learn how to be a Stadium Operations Manager for a team and have a passion for it.
· You must have strong attention to detail be willing to do what is needed to ensure the areas you are responsible for are pristine.
· You must be able to lift at minimum 50lbs and have the agility to work in a stadium for many hours rain or shine.
