Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an IT Customer Service Rep. In this role, you will work closely with our IT Service Coordinators to ensure the smooth operation of our client's IT systems and services. You will assist in coordinating service requests, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to the IT service team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling service appointments for clients.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the IT service team, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and client communication.
- Assist in preparing service reports and documentation for clients.
- Provide administrative support to the IT service team as needed.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent. Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
