Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Pay: Base pay uncapped commission.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm.

Romex Pest Control is GROWING! And we are looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales by practically identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales calls. You’re a self-starter who is motivated by achieving sales targets and solving problems. You’re a team player and quick learner who can adapt to sales calls and processes. You’re also an excellent communicator who can listen actively, ask probing questions, and articulate the value proposition of Romex Pest Control’s service. You have a high degree of integrity, honest, and ethical behavior and a willingness to embrace feedback and coaching to continuously improve sales skills and techniques. This is a full time, in office position. The sky’s the limit!

Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to close, ensuring that all leads are properly tracked and followed up on in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs with the Inside Sales Manager.
• Regularly complete a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the pest control industry, and continuously improve your sales skills and techniques.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as retention and customer service, to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the pest control industry.
• Knowledge of PestRoutes is required.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Door-to-Door sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with customers over the phone and email.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address prospect needs and overcoming objections.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or some college.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 7-4 work schedule, Monday - Friday.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Experience working in an office environment.
• Team mentality with the ability to work independently.
• Be able to take feedback and apply it.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other tools.
