We are looking for experienced Service Consultants/Advisors to join our service team! We are looking for dedicated and motivated professionals who share the same passion we have here.
As a trusted Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between the customer and the service department to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and scheduling service appointments
- Document customers concerns and comments.
- Write service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs
- Translate customers’ repair problems into standard repair terminology
- Explain repairs to customers and review service history
- Test-drive vehicles to confirm service repairs.
- Provide accurate estimates of the cost and time needed for repairs.
- Handle customer complaints making sure to keep our customers satisfied.
- Coordinate parts ordering and follow up appointment with customers.
- Provide the highest levels of customer service in order to retain dealership clientele.
Service Advisor Qualifications
- Service advisor/writer experience required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- CDK Service experience helpful.
- Professional appearance and attitude required
- Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to communicate effectively between departments and update customer's regularly
- Must be reliable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
