📍 Location: Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers – Lubbock, TX


Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team! This role is critical in structuring deals, securing financing approvals, and ensuring smooth transactions for our valued customers.


🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Maximize profitability by structuring deals effectively
✅ Submit deals to lenders and secure prompt approvals
✅ Close deals efficiently while ensuring a seamless customer experience
✅ Prepare complete and accurate deal packages with proper documentation
✅ Ensure timely funding of all contracts
✅ Follow company policies and compliance regulations in all financing processes


🔹 Qualifications:

✔️ Experience in Marine, RV or Automotive F&I management preferred
✔️ Strong knowledge of finance and insurance processes
✔️ Excellent negotiation and closing skills
✔️ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
