Experienced Parts Manager!
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all parts team members
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the parts department
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers, vendors and manufacturers to encourage repeat business
- Effectively manage the workload and schedules of all parts team members
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly production records
- Forecast goals and objectives for the department and ensure the goals are met or exceeded
- Oversee the cleanliness, maintenance and safety of the facility
- Stay updated on industry changes and trends as it relates to the RV & Marine industry
- Other duties as apparent or assigned
