Key Responsibilities:

Policy Development & Implementation: Create and enforce HR policies that align with the organization’s goals and legal requirements.

Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and new employee onboarding.

Compliance & Legal Oversight: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

Employee Relations & Performance: Address employee grievances, support conflict resolution, and manage performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.

Staff Wellness & Benefits Management: Administer and enhance employee benefits packages and wellness programs.

Training & Development: Design and implement training programs that facilitate employee growth and skills development.

Staffing & Workforce Planning: Forecast staffing needs and assist in planning for future talent acquisition to meet business objectives.

Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR data, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

Experience: Proven experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and benefits management.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.

Salary $60,000 - $70,000 Depending on Experience
