Our store management maintains Ron Jon's high standards of guest service and leadership of team members while maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, operational and facility management.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of Retail Management experience.
- Experience in training and managing a team of six or more employees daily.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to train, develop, and motivate a team.

- Ability to drive sales and meet performance goals.
Additional Requirements:
- 18 years or older.
