Ron Lewis Automotive Group is currently looking for a motivated Service Appointment Coordinator at our Waynesburg Location.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and speak with customers every single day by following up over the phone after each appointment.
• Actively listen to customers, answering their questions, and directing them appropriately as they request.
• Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries.
• Confirm scheduled and missed appointments.
• Schedule Loaner Vehicles, Shuttle rides and Service Vehicle Pick-up and Delivery.
• Work Schedule: Mon / Tue / Weds 9am - 6pm & Sat 8am – 3pm.

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Strong customer service background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Dealership experience a plus, but not necessary
• Ability to follow established company policies and processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
