Description
· We are seeking a responsible and organized Rental Car Manager to oversee the daily operations of a rental car fleet of 60 vehicles.
· In addition to managing the rental process, you will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and maintaining rental documentation
· Fleet Management:
· Manage and oversee a fleet of 60 rental vehicles
· Ensure the availability and cleanliness of rental cars
· Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs, ensuring vehicles are in top condition for customers
· Monitor fuel levels, mileage, and vehicle performance
· Customer Service:
· Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and transactions for rental vehicles
· Review rental agreements with customers, including terms, insurance options, and vehicle condition
· Address and resolve customer complaints or issues professionally
· Administrative Duties:
· Perform filing and scanning of rental agreements and related documents
· Maintain organized and up-to-date records for all rental transactions
· Prepare and submit regular reports related to fleet usage, vehicle status, and revenue
· Compliance and Policies:
· Ensure rental agreements and procedures comply with dealership policies and legal regulations
· Verify customer identification and qualification before releasing rental vehicles
· Collaboration:
· Coordinate with other dealership departments (service, sales) to optimize rental fleet utilization
· Communicate with insurance companies, repair shops, and vendors as needed
· Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
· Primarily office-based work with some outdoor responsibilities (vehicle inspections, fueling)
Must have at least 1 year of previous Rental Manager experience.
Qualifications
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
