? Oversee daily operations of our auto repair shop, ensuring top-quality service and
customer satisfaction.
? Manage a team of technicians, assigning tasks and providing guidance to keep repairs
on track.
? Handle customer inquiries, provide repair estimates, and explain services in a clear,
friendly way.
? Maintain inventory of parts and supplies, coordinating with vendors as needed.
? Ensure compliance with safety standards and shop regulations.
? Drive Productivity and profitability while keeping our customers coming back.
What We’re Looking For:
? 5 years of experience in auto repair or shop management.
? Strong leadership skills with a great attitude
? Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
? Proven leadership skills with a team-first attitude.
? Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
? Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
? Familiarity with shop management software is a plus.
