The team at RTA is looking for a Software Trainer Extraordinaire with prior fleet experience. This role is responsible for learning how to use a best in industry fleet management system and in turn teaching others to be super users. This role balances superb facilitation skills, instructional design, problem solving, and technological advancements in creating easy to follow curriculum. As a member of this kick ass company, you will be involved in helping shape teaching agenda, strategy, direction, and engaging with our customers by teaching them best practices both on-site, virtually, and e-learning. This position plays a key part in not only the success of our company, but ultimately in the success of our clients.

The Bottom Line

Total compensation for the role is between $65k and $100k, depending on experience. This is a full-time, remote / hybrid role, with a 50-60% travel expectation.
