What are the responsibilities and job description for the Heavy Equipment Operators - Dirt/Earth Moving position at Ron Weers Construction?
Ron Weers Construction, a non union construction company, is hiring heavy equipment operators for our excavation side. Previous equipment experience is a plus (especially scraper, blade, dozer, compactor, loader, etc), but willing to train individuals who are willing and wanting to learn.
We are located in Bucyrus, KS, but work predominately in the Johnson County, KS area. We are a dirt work and utility contractor, and have been in business for 35 years. We offer competitive pay and insurance benefits, as well as a 401(k). Vacation benefit after first year of employment also. Pay based on work experience.

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 58 per week
