The RMHC Program Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to all programs within the Southwest Florida region. This includes the Ronald McDonald House, the Ronald McDonald Family Room, and the Ronald McDonald Care Mobiles. The Program Coordinator will also provide direct support to the President & CEO. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once. They should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be interacting with a variety of people, including staff, volunteers, families, and community members.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to program staff, including scheduling, answering phones, and managing correspondence
- Coordinate logistics for program events and activities, such as the annual gala or community outreach initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and data for all programs
- Assist with the development and implementation of program policies and procedures
- Provide support to families utilizing Ronald McDonald House Charities services
- Provide direct administrative support to the President & CEO
Performance Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least two years of administrative or office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Project management experience preferred
Physical Demands:
Requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to move about and may require lifting of up to 15 pounds.
Work Environment:
The position is in a well-lit office environment. Occasional evening and weekend work. May be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.
Salary : $37,500 - $55,000
