Job Overview:
Established Marco Island Law office seeking an experienced Real Estate Closing Agent to join our team. You will be responsible for facilitating real estate transactions from contract to closing. This is a crucial role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a thorough understanding of NABOR and FAR/BAR sales contracts. Salary to be commensurate with level of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Review purchase agreements, title commitments, and lender instructions to ensure compliance with closing disclosures.
- Prepare settlement statements and coordinate with all parties involved in the transaction, including buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of NABOR and FAR/BAR contracts as well as familiarity with real estate closing software.
- Excellent attention to detail to identify any errors or discrepancies in documentation.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and other professionals involved in the transaction
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
