- Offer informed recommendations on layout, finishes, and product selections to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage the sales process from initial consultation to final design approval, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Address customer concerns and follow up throughout the process to maintain satisfaction.
- Visit job sites as needed to resolve customer concerns and provide hands-on support.
- Maintain knowledge of current design trends, cabinetry innovations, and industry developments.
- Provide cutting-edge design recommendations to clients, ensuring modern and functional solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Recent graduate or 1-3 years of experience in design, sales, or a related field.
- Strong passion for cabinetry design and providing exceptional customer experiences.
