Key Responsibilities :
- Customer and General Contractor (GC) Coordination :
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and general contractors at the job site.
- Promptly resolve on-site issues to ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and GCs for smooth project execution.
- Problem Solving :
- Identify and address problems arising on the job site.
- Collaborate with customers and GCs to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure all solutions align with project specifications and maintain quality standards.
- Construction Drawings Interpretation :
- Review and comprehend construction drawings and project specifications.
- Communicate drawing details and requirements clearly to on-site teams and stakeholders.
- Guarantee accurate interpretation and execution of construction plans.
- Project Management :
- Oversee all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to meet goals.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Communication and Reporting :
