Roncelli, Inc. is currently seeking a full time construction Project Manager that has a minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial construction that is result-drive that will assist the entire project staff with all aspects of the construction process including but not limited to contract management, document control, coordination with project team (owner, A/E, subcontractors, material suppliers, etc.), cost tracking, assisting with the assembly and distribution of all required project documents.
Commercial construction experience within the healthcare industry is a requirement of this position.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a construction, engineering architecture or related field or an associate degree and/or previous experience commensurate with the requirements of the position
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in healthcare related construction
- Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial construction experience.
- CPR, 1st AID, OSHA 30, Certified Storm Water Operator preferred, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under limited supervision.
- Ability to manage and supervise subordinates to act as a cohesive team.
- Desire to enhance customer development, maintain a positive relationships with the client, A/E personnel and subcontractors to facilitate construction activities.
- Strong knowledge of construction management theory and techniques.
- Strong scheduling abilities, and organizational talents that allow for a properly structured and tracked project.
- Understanding of project financials, and methods for monitoring and reporting
- Ability to recognize problems and issues, negotiate and achieve resolutions in a timely manner.
- Thorough knowledge of construction technology, equipment and methodologies
- Knowledge of safety laws and regulations, labor agreements and trade jurisdictions.
- Basic understanding of accounting and business principles.
- Basic estimating methodologies.
- Basic understanding of contractual terms and conditions.
- Strong computer skills are required.

Salary : $90,000 - $150,000
