Roncelli, Inc. is currently seeking a full time Superintendent that has a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in commercial construction that will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Superintendent will manage on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Required Skills and Knowledge
Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of the construction project on-site.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and construction workers.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, reports, and photographs.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction equipment and materials.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in a construction related field or equivalent combinations of training and experience.
- Experience: Eight (8) years of commercial construction estimating, engineering or similar experience required.
- Ability to travel throughout the United States is required.
- CPR, 1st AID, OSHA 30, Certified Storm Water Operator preferred; Preemployment and annual Drug Tested.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
The Location
Roncelli is headquartered in Sterling Heights, Michigan, however the jobsite, onsite location, will be in southeast Michigan area. This position will report to the site assigned and from time to time, report to the Sterling Heights office.
