Job Summary
The Rondinelli Company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant to join our in-house Bookkeeping Department.
The ideal candidate has experience in accounts payables, general ledger, and payroll and an understanding of basic accounting principles and payroll tax filing.
Responsibilities
- Bi-Weekly Payroll & General Ledger
- Auditing of daily transactions for all three business entities and subsequent reconciliation
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Perform General Ledger Reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Support corporate accounting functions, including Account Reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using double entry bookkeeping.
Qualifications
- 5 Years of Experience Preferred in Bookkeeping
- Proficiency in financial software such as Microsoft Excel and SAGE
- 5 Year Experience with general ledger reconciliation & bank reconciliations
- Ability to perform account reconciliation accurately and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Previous experience in an Accounting role Preferred
