Ronnoco Beverage Solutions, the Midwest's leading supplier of specialty coffee and complete beverage programs, is looking for a Sales Admin Support to join our team at our main office in St. Louis, MO. This individual will coordinate trade shows, maintain pricing and sales reports, and assist in resolving distributor and pricing issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and possesses strong communication and organizational skills. New tasks will be assigned regularly to support the sales team in various ways, including occasional interaction with customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Trade Show Coordination: Organize, coordinate, and manage logistics for trade shows, including scheduling, preparing materials, and follow-up reporting. Previous experience in trade show coordination is required.
- Maintaining DSD Price Books: Regularly update and manage DSD (Direct Store Delivery) price books using Excel spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and availability of pricing information.
- Sales Reporting: Generate, maintain, and distribute various sales reports, primarily using Excel spreadsheets, to support sales operations and decision-making.
- GDSN Knowledge: Familiarity with GDSN (Global Data Synchronization Network) or the ability to learn and utilize GDSN systems effectively.
- Distributor Velocity Reports: Prepare and analyze distributor velocity reports using Excel, identifying trends and providing actionable insights.
- Pricing and Sales Issue Research: Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies and distributor sales issues promptly.
- Maintaining Low Sales Reports: Monitor and update low sales reports in collaboration with sales representatives to drive performance improvements.
- Form Management: Update and maintain current forms such as new account forms and trade show forms, ensuring accuracy and ease of use.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five (5) years' experience in a sales support / administrative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
- Knowledge or experience in GDSN is a plus.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn software applications
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal relations skills
- Strong analytical, multitasking, and organizational skills
