Summary
As a Cleaning Team Leader at Roochii Cleaning, you will play a vital role in overseeing cleaning operations and ensuring the highest standards of service are met. This position is essential for maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction while fostering a positive work environment for our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professional cleaners, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Drive to 2-4 locations daily (car provided), maintaining a consistent and timely schedule.
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and use appropriate techniques and solutions for each task.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete all cleaning tasks effectively.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Complete necessary documentation as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in professional cleaning (residential/commercial).
- Must speak and understand English.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive for the team.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well with others.

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
