RoofCrafters Roofing is looking for a motivated and experienced inside sales representative to join our rockstar team!
The Inside Sales representative reports to the Director of Sales. The role of the Inside Sales representative is to revitalize and renew any sales relationships that fell through or did not work out on the client’s schedule. The inside sales position is responsible for obtaining referrals and aged prospects and working with them directly to answer questions and complete the initial sale process. This is a commission plus base salary position.
Responsibilities:
- Contacting aged prospects via Telephone and/or email multiple times until the lead is officially “dead”
- Surveying recent prospects by requesting feedback about experience and why they did not choose us
- Revitalize aged prospects (cold and warm) where possible to further the sales process
- Create and manage the execution of Change Orders on jobs in progress
- Requesting Referrals from recent clients
- Requesting Reviews from recent clients
- Follow through with referrals, enter leads into the CRM, and set the appointment with an Estimator based on the provided criteria
- Develop meaningful relationships with clients to encourage trust and loyalty
- Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
- Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
- Building Rapport with Estimators
- Communicating client feedback to management
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales position
- Organized and Detail oriented
- Highly motivated by success and incentives
- Prior Experience or ability to utilize a CRM
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Skilled in Time management
- Skilled at overcoming objections
