Roofers Going Digital is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and manage the social media presence of our partner roofing companies. This role is dedicated to driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth for our clients in the roofing industry.
As a key team member, you will develop and execute customized organic social media strategies that align with each partner’s business goals. You will work closely with their teams to create engaging content, implement organic growth tactics, and maximize social media for the roofing industry's lead generation and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop, execute, and optimize organic and paid social media strategies of Facebook and LinkedIn strategies for partner accounts.
- Tailor content and campaigns to each client’s business goals, target audience, and market positioning.
- Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and emerging opportunities in social media.
Content Creation & Management
- Oversee the production of high-quality, engaging, and relevant social media content, including:
- Graphics
- Videos
- Articles
- Interactive posts
- Content Quality Assurance
- Manage content calendars for each partner, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
- Review and approve content before publishing to maintain quality and brand consistency.
- Ensure alignment with each partner’s brand identity and values.
Platform & Audience Engagement
- Manage and maintain clients' social media accounts across:
- Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), Threads, Google Business Profile.
- Foster audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and engage with roofing industry influencers, partners, and communities to maximize reach and credibility.
- Manage the Social Media Coordinator and posting tool(Hubspot) to ensure all posts are made on time and correctly.
- Implement organic growth tactics to increase our partner's follower base and lead generation opportunities.
LinkedIn & Lead Generation
- Develop and implement advanced LinkedIn marketing strategies for roofing professionals and businesses.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and organic lead generation.
- Manage AI-driven automation tools for outreach, engagement, and relationship-building.
- Execute targeted paid and organic LinkedIn tactics to foster meaningful business relationships.
- Implement LinkedIn-specific strategies for brand positioning, network growth, and lead generation.
Organic Growth Strategies
- Implement organic social media growth tactics to increase reach and engagement.
- Leverage community-building, industry partnerships, and social interactions to expand brand influence.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs & KRAs) to measure the success of campaigns.
- Create monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for each partner.
- Continuously refine social media strategies based on data and market trends.
- Monitor and analyze paid advertising performance (CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS), providing insights for continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with client’s internal teams to ensure that social media, both organic and paid, aligns with broader marketing and sales objectives.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and strategists to optimize organic and ad content quality.
- Provide clients with regular updates, strategy insights, and campaign performance breakdowns.
- Stay updated on advertising trends, algorithm updates, and platform policies.

✅ 5-7 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy.
✅ Proven track record in managing and growing business social media accounts.
✅ Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator & organic lead generation strategies.
✅ Strong understanding of SEO-driven social media content to enhance brand visibility.
✅ Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, HubSpot, etc.).
✅ Excellent English & Spanish verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking performance metrics.
✅ Creative and Strategic Thinking – Ability to create compelling content while aligning it with a strategic business vision.
