SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects by managing scheduling, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Project Manager to develop and implement comprehensive action plans, ensuring projects stay on track with defined resources, timeframes, and budgets.
RESPONBILITIES AND DUTIES
· Coordinate project management activities and stakeholders from procurement to resolution, using resources, equipment and information for projects pertaining to repairs and gutters.
· Oversee all aspects of interior and exterior repairs, including gutters and other new product lines as necessary.
· This role involves extensive collaboration with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
· A strong emphasis is placed on customer service and quality assurance, maintaining open communication with clients, addressing concerns proactively, and ensuring all work meets the highest standards.
· The Project Coordinator must be able to anticipate potential issues, find solutions promptly, and uphold the company's reputation for quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
· Manage customer relationships by serving as the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and quick resolution of any concerns.
· Coordinate all aspects of project management, from procurement to resolution, ensuring that repairs, gutter installations, and additional product lines meet quality and timeline expectations.
· Oversee scheduling and invoicing related to subcontractors and supporting departments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
· Monitor and mitigate risks by proactively identifying challenges and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
· Ensure compliance with legal and contractualrequirements by issuing necessary paperwork and maintaining detailed project documentation.
· Implement and enforce quality assurancemeasures by conducting thorough inspections and ensuring all work meets or exceeds company and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously improving processes by identifying areas for enhancement in customer service, quality control, and project efficiency.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
· Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role within the construction industry.
· Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships and handle homeowner concerns professionally and empathetically.
· Solid organizational skills, including multitasking within a keen eye for detail.
· Familiarity with quality assurance and risk management principles.
· Experience with project management software (e.g. AccuLynx) or CRM tools is highly preferred.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, ensuring smooth project execution.
· Bachelor’s Degree or certification in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
· Ability to lift and/or carry light weight (up to 30 pounds)
· Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, and perform repetitive hand motions as needed.
· May experience prolonged or irregular work hours and must work with frequent interruptions
