Job Requirements

The Superintendent will be part of our field team and will have the responsibility to ensure best in class execution of multi-family and commercial projects at Dynamic National. This person will be responsible for supervising safety, material delivery and usage, subcontractors working on site, equipment management and ensure full customer satisfaction in the performance of the build. You may be required to interact with property management and maintenance teams on multi-family and commercial projects. In this role, your core responsibilities will be as follows:

Participate in daily safety meetings with the subcontractors and ensure all workers on site are compliant with all federal and local safety laws as well as Dynamic’s standards

Monitor and enforce site safety standards and compliance with all local regulations by daily site inspections and actively managing subcontractors on-site

Be a point of contact on site during the project for the customer

Post notices on tenant doors and set up cones/safety gear based on project schedule

Work under the direction of Production leadership regarding scheduling, performance and personal development

Communicate with the Production Manager regarding any issues on site immediately after observing or learning of the issue

Ensure customer is fully informed and Dynamic remains attentive with needs of tenants and management

Ensure the proper materials are on-site each day to provide the working crew with efficient operation and order/pick up needed materials

Address any challenges occurring on the job site and provide solutions to the on-site team

Prepare information for the daily reports and operating metrics to be delivered to the Production Director

Perform a post-build walk with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to Dynamic standards

Attend periodic training and meetings to ensure up-to-date knowledge necessary to complete work and provide personal development opportunities

Understand company standards and role expectations and communicate with Production Director when questions arise

Roll up the sleeves and perform roofing service repairs when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Roofing expertise with all commercial and residential roofing systems; steep slope/shingles is a must
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task with several projects at any given time
• Excellent communicator
• OSHA Certified is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• 10-hour shift
