Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, door-to-door canvassing, and referrals.
- Conduct comprehensive roofing assessments, including safely climbing roofs to evaluate damage and scope of work.
- Present customized proposals, clearly outlining benefits and addressing the specific needs of homeowners.
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales and installation process.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate effectively with internal project management and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute actively to company growth.
Proven track record in residential roofing sales with measurable results.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to independently generate leads and close sales.
- Comfortable with climbing and inspecting roofs safely.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in sales is a plus.
Initial stipend provided during the first 90 days.
- Transition to 100% uncapped commission after initial 90-day period.
- Highly competitive earning potential, with successful team members earning well over $300,000 annually.
