RoofingSource is hiring for a Client Support Rep who is:
- Hungry, resourceful, and looking to develop their skillset within the sales and operations field and learn more about commercial roofing, construction, and HVAC/R trades
- Versatile and willing to wear various hats to assist our sales and operations team at HQ
- Task-oriented and dependable, able to knock out daily time-sensitive deliverables
- Friendly and able to provide great customer service

Job Responsibilities:
- Updating billable hours and notes in third party facility management software (Service Channel, Corrigo, etc) for corporate clients
- Assist sales team with various deliverables (lists, reports, etc)
- Assist with client communication
- Review and share action items outlined by technician service reports (needed repair/replacement, other contractor intervention ie. plumbing)
- Ad hoc projects working closely with our Director of Sales
Job Requirements:
- English fluency
- Computer literacy (e.g., Google Suite, apps, etc)
- Articulate communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and clearly articulate RoofingSource’s services (in-house and external training is provided)
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize
