Job Summary
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain office policies and procedures
- Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring
- Ensure compliance with company regulations and standards

Skills
- Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Quick Books, Payroll)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with clerical tasks and front desk operations
- Ability to manage calendars effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
