We are looking for a Roof Technician to join our growing team! If you enjoy troubleshooting roof issues, working with your hands, and want the opportunity to grow into a Foreman role, we want to hear from you.

Job Overview

As a Roof Technician, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and repairing roofing issues for our repair team. You will also assist with Roof Maxx Treatment applications, helping homeowners and businesses protect their roofs. This position offers great growth potential, with the opportunity to advance into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair roof issues, including leaks, damaged shingles, and flashing.

Assist with Roof Maxx Treatment applications to extend the lifespan of existing roofs.

Work alongside the repair team to ensure quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Safely operate tools and equipment for roofing repairs and treatment applications.

Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols.

Maintain a clean and organized job site.

Communicate effectively with team members and customers as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in roofing, construction, or a related trade is preferred but not required.

Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
