What You’ll Do:
This is a lead generation role – no closing necessary. You’ll be the face of Rooftop Power, creating new opportunities and sparking interest by:
- Engaging with homeowners and educating them on the financial and environmental benefits of solar
- Generating leads through canvassing, events, referrals, and more
- Maintaining a personal schedule and staying organized using your calendar
- Representing Rooftop Power with a positive, professional attitude every day
What You Bring to the Table:
- A high school diploma or GED
- A year of sales experience (solar experience = a BIG plus)
- Natural people skills – you know how to connect without being pushy
- Strong communication and persuasion abilities
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Comfortable working outdoors and standing/walking for extended periods
- A growth mindset and the desire to earn what you’re worth
