Job Overview :
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist with experience in digital marketing, content creation, and local market engagement. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage our online presence, and support business development efforts. This is an On-Site role in Leesburg Ohio.
In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping RoofX’s presence in the roofing industry, driving growth through innovative marketing strategies, and building lasting relationships with our community. Key Responsibilities :
Brand & Content Marketing :
- Develop marketing materials, case studies, and project showcases (before / after photos, videos, client testimonials).
- Manage and update the company website, ensuring accurate service offerings and SEO optimization.
- Oversee branding consistency across signage, vehicles, and job site marketing.
Digital & Social Media Marketing :
Community & Event Marketing :
Analytics & Performance Tracking :
Qualifications & Skills :
1. 2-5 years of marketing experience (construction, real estate, or preferred home services).
2. Strong content creation, copywriting, and social media management skills.
3. Experience with Google Ads, SEO, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools.
4. Basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite) and website management (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace).
5. Ability to work independently and collaborate with sales and operations teams.
