About the role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at ROOM an OFS company, your primary responsibility is to actively engage potential customers and generate interest in our award winning product suite of modular architecture. You will target key decision-makers in various sectors, effectively communicating the value of our products and creating valuable sales opportunities. Your role also involves maintaining accurate records in our CRM system and meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly lead generation targets. This position requires a results-oriented approach and strong communication skills. Familiarity with the office furniture, architecture, or real estate industry is a plus. Previous sales development experience is required. Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive outbound prospecting efforts through diverse channels like phone calls, emails, and social media to pinpoint potential customers.
- Qualify and nurture leads by effectively identifying decision-makers and key influencers. Develop a deep understanding of buyer personas and ideal customer profiles to tailor outreach strategies and drive meaningful engagement
- Educate prospects about our comprehensive range of products, services, and solutions, emphasizing their unique value propositions.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations, creating optimal conditions for sales success.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team, ensuring a smooth transition of qualified leads.
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of interactions and activities in our CRM system.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, staying abreast of product updates and industry trends.
- Strive to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
