Rooney Printing is family-owned and one of Chippewa Valley’s oldest printing companies with over 60 years of experience. The staff at Rooney Printing comprises of experienced graphics specialists, account managers, press operators, bindery technicians and other experts.
Our roots are firmly based in printing services, so we have the experience to recommend the right solution based on quality, time, and cost to our customers. Our printing services range from traditional printing for large volume orders to digital printing for faster and smaller orders.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Create accurate estimates and provide quotes to customers based on their requirements.
- Generate detailed job tickets to initiate production processes, ensuring all necessary information is included.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to schedule and coordinate timely delivery of orders, addressing any potential issues or delays.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Accept payments from customers, ensuring accuracy and security in all transactions.
- Coordinate with vendors to order necessary stock and products, monitoring inventory levels and replenishing as needed.
Experience:
- Proven experience in order processing, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using order management software and other relevant computer applications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and handling payments.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns and complaints effectively.
- Knowledge of inventory management and ability to work collaboratively with vendors.
- Print experience preferred, but not required.
