We are currently looking for a talented Operations Supervisor at ROOST Cleveland who enjoys the hospitality industry and supervising a team. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will match the ROOST style, be an “out of the box” thinker, exhibit great leadership skills, and have a passion for an entrepreneurial culture.


Our ideal candidate must be a team player with exceptional technical and communication skills. You must love to be “hands on” and not prefer supervising from your desk. This person will need to have a good sense of project and time management skills. Strongest candidates will have a hospitality background, preferably front desk or housekeeping, or both, and experience in a supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervises the front office operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
    • Ensure prompt and courteous service to all guests.
    • Address and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Supervise the team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas.
    • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
    • Recruit, train, and supervise staff
    • Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to address any repair and maintenance issues.
    • Analyze and report on rooms division performance metrics, including occupancy rates and guest satisfaction scores.
    • Work closely with other department heads to ensure smooth overall hotel operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in hotel management
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
