About the Role
Greenbriar Partners, a Dallas-based restaurant holdings company ( www.greenbriarholdings.com ), is seeking a creative, strategic Marketing Specialist to lead social media and content efforts across multiple emerging, fast-casual restaurant brands in its portfolio. From ideation to execution, you'll drive our brands' digital presence with bold, engaging content that tells a story and captures attention and engages our guests, in-store and online.
This is a hands-on role ideal for a creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. You’ll own your projects, bring ideas to life through video, print, graphics, and copy, and keep our social and in-store presence fresh, relevant, and on-brand.
Must be based in Dallas area. Reports directly to Managing Partner/CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies from planning to publishing and performance tracking
- Create tailored content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X
- Stay ahead of trends and audience behavior to inform content decisions
- Lead creative direction and planning for brand photoshoots
- Write compelling, on-brand copy for social content
- 2 years of social media content creation experience
- Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
- Strong copywriting skills and visual storytelling abilities
- Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
- Deep knowledge of platform trends and engagement tactics
- Experience with social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Buffer)
- Self-starter. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects from inception to completion
- Collaborative, communicative, and creatively driven
- Must be available for travel to East Texas area from time-to-time for content creation in our restaurants
- Experience with food photography a bonus but not required
- A passion for food and delighting guests a plus
