Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Graphic Designer at Rooster Creatives, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts that communicate ideas and inspire, inform, or captivate our clients and their audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Concept Development: Generate and develop innovative design concepts for branding, marketing materials, websites, and other visual communications.
- Graphic Design: Create high-quality designs for various mediums including print, digital, and social media.
- Branding: Develop brand identities and guidelines for clients, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clients, team-lead, and other team members to understand task requirements and deliver designs that meet their objectives.
- Task Management: Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to task deadlines.
- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to present design concepts, gather feedback, and make necessary revisions.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools to create and refine designs.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to ensure our work remains fresh and relevant.
- Quality Control: Review and proof designs to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with client expectations.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any design-related issues that arise during the course of a task.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, preferably in a design studio setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design tasks and skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
