WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE
As an entry-level Floor Coating Installation Tech, you will begin your day by preparing concrete surfaces through grinding, vacuuming, and patching. You will then apply epoxy coatings, ensuring a flawless finish. Additionally, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks and supplies at our shop, maintaining organization and readiness for each project. Each day will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the creation of beautiful floors. Working closely with our experienced team, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in the specialized construction industry.

We offer a full selection of services to meet the needs of our industrial and commercial customers, including resinous floor installation, concrete polishing, line striping, and concrete joint and crack filling. WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A FLOOR COATING - INSTALLATION TECH?
You will primarily work locally along the I-5 corridor and in the Portland/Metro area, with the potential for some out-of-town assignments. The specific work schedule will be determined based on project needs, ensuring a balanced work-life experience.
We're looking for someone who also meets the following qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on hands and knees
Prospective employees will be asked to submit to a drug test that tests for THC because the position you are applying for is a "safety sensitive position for which impairment while working presents a substantial risk of death" under Washington State Law.
