Job Title: Operations Manager (Plumbing/Drains)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 85K to 110K/year plus annual performance bonus (based on exceeding established KPIs)

Rooter Ranger Plumbing & Drain Specialists located in Tucson, Arizona is looking for an Operations Manager to run our Plumbing and Drains Operations and lead our strategic growth in the Tucson market.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily plumbing operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Lead a team of plumbing technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize workflow and meet project deadlines.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Manager or similar mechanical role.
• ServiceTitan knowledge
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
